In the afternoon of June 27th, 2014, Danang Investment Promotion Center (IPC Danang) organized a Seminar on Aerospace Investment Opportunities and Business Matching. The Seminar was hosted by Mr. Van Huu Chien, Chairman of Danang People's Committee, with the participation of foreign companies specialized in the field of aerospace industry, local companies and representatives of relevantagencies in Danang.
At the Seminar, Mr. Stéphane-Pierre Castet, CEO of Advanced Business Events Company (ABE) expressed sincere thanks to the city leaders and IPC Danang for facilitating the delegation' field visit to Danang Hi-tech Park and some local businesses in the city, as well as learning about Danang's investment environment. He spoke highly of the possibilities for cooperation in the field of aerospace industry with the city in the future. After the brief introduction on the city's investment opportunities and incentive policies by Mr. Lam Quang Minh, Director of IPC Danang, representatives of businesses of the aerospace delegation also raised some questions regarding Danang's customs procedure, lead time for customs clearance for import – export goods, human resources for aerospace industry, and Japanese language training in the city, etc.
At the end of the Seminar, Mr. Lam Quang Minh, Director of IPC Danang, and Ms. Marie Francois, Aerospace Project Manager of ABE signed the MOU on cooperation in promoting and attracting aerospace projects to Danang Hi-tech Park in the coming time.
