The objective of the project is to develop the construction of commercial apartment buildings for sale, rent, and accommodation service business; ancillary and restaurant services, entertainment and other commercial and service activities.

The VND1,600 billion, 2 basement-plus- 39 storey project has been designed with such key work items as commercial housing, residential housing and social infrastructure.

In particular, commercial housing segment is expected to have 446 apartments for residence and 8 others for residence in combination with business purposes.

The project’s apartments are shaped according to high-end standards.
