Accordingly, the city continues to conduct auction of land use rights for 200 residential land lots approved in Decision No.3255/QD-UBND dated October 15^th 2021. Also, Da Nang City continues to auction 17 land lots approved in Decision No.2460/QD-UBND dated July 19^th 2021 and Decision Decision No.3255/QD-UBND dated October 15^th 2021.

Perspective of Da Nang Software Park No.2

The list includes land lots available for some key projects, namely Creative Space (172,980 m², Cam Le District), Residential service area of the Software Park No. 2 – phase 1 (24,452 m², Hai Chau District).

Da Nang People's Committee has assigned Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment to direct Da Nang Land Fund Development Center to implement further steps.
