II. ONWER BEING AN ORGANISATION
A. List of documents
1. Request for business registration (standard form);
2. Charter (reference sample);
3. Legal copy of decision on establishment or Business registration certificate or equivalent;
4. Letter of authorization of owner for authorized person (please refer to Article 15 of the Law on Enterprises);
5.1 Legal copy of one of valid identifications: ID or passport of the authorized representative (one member limited liability company run by president);
5.2 List of authorized representatives (standard forms) and legal copy of one of valid identifications: ID or passport of each authorized representative of one member limited liability company run by board of members;
6. Capital transfer contract or proof of transfer completion or certificate of legal inheritance (reference form);
7. Decision of Board of members on the transformation of company type;
8. Legal copy of minute of meeting of Board of members on the transformation.
9. Letter of attorney for dossier submission.
