1. Request for company registering (standard form);
2. List of members (standard form);
3. Company’s Charter (reference);
4. Notarized copies of :
4.1 Valid identity or passport;
4.2 Business registration certificate or equivalent of organizational member;
5. Transfer contract or proof of transfer completion, contract of giving/ offering if the company owner gives/offers part of charter capital to other individual or organization; Company owner’s Decision on the mobilization of contributed capital if the company mobilizes capital from other individual or organization; Notarized copy of inheritance certificate of individual/ organizational inheritor;
6. Letter of authorization for submitting the dossier.
