Da Nang is auctioning off 3 land lots for public parking areas located in Cam Le and Hai Chau District

The People's Committee of Da Nang has recently issued Decisions on approving the plans for the land use rights auction of 3 lots aimed at developing public parking spaces in Cam Le and Hai Chau Districts.


Da Nang is auctioning off  3 land lots for public parking areas located in Cam Le and Hai Chau District

Specific information is as follows:

1. The land lot located at 172 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Phuoc Ninh ward, Hai Chau district, has an area of 1,639.6 m2.
According to Decisions No. 2672/QD-UBND and 2673/QD-UBND dated December 6, 2023, of the City People's Committee on the approval of the land use right auction plan, the land planning criteria are specifically determined as follows:
- Location: The land is located at 3 fronts of Nguyen Chi Thanh, Thai Phien and Phan Chau Trinh streets, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District.
- Land use components:
+ Construction density: = 59.55%
+ Land use coefficient: 5.05;
Minimum setback: 3.0m from Nguyen Chi Thanh and Thai Phien streets; at least 4.0m from the northern and western sides compared to the land boundary; the auxiliary area along Thai Phien Street must be at least 3.0m; Phan Chau Trinh street back at least 1.5m; and the Northside back by at least 1.0m.
Number of floors of the smart parking garage: 9 floors; total area: 7,830m2
Number of floors of the auxiliary area: 5 above-ground floors; total area 450m2
Construction height: = 20 m;
The project's total expected investment is 107,255,476,000 VND, with annual rental payment over a period of 50 years as of the date the decision recognizing the successful land use rights auction is issued.


 

2.  The land lot at 51A Ly Tu Trong Street, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District, has an area of 892.7 m2.
According to Decision No. 2822/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2023, of the City People's Committee on approving the land use right auction plan, the land planning criteria are specifically determined as follows:
- Construction density: = 48.17%;
+ Minimum setback: at least 1.5m from Ly Tu Trong Street, at least 1.0m from the western side, and at least 2.0m from the East side.
+ Number of floors of the smart parking garage: 09 floors; total area: 3,294 m2
+ Number of floors of the auxiliary area: 05 floors; total area: 320 m2
+ The construction height: = 20 m;
+ Land use coefficient: 4.05.
The project's expected total investment is VND 56,028,980,000 with annual rental payment. The term is 50 years from the issuance date of the Decision recognizing the result of the land use right auction.

3.  The land lot at 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Hoa Tho Dong Ward, Cam Le District, has an area of 2,991.3 m2.
According to Decisions No. 2674/QD-UBND, 2675/QD-UBND dated 06/12/2023 of the City People's Committee on the land use right auction.
- Construction density: = 59.97%;
+ Minimum setback: at least 12.2m from Cach Mang Thang Tam street, at least 6.0m from the Western side compared to the land boundary, and at least 4.0 from the southern and eastern sides. The setback for the auxiliary area on Cach Mang Thang Thang street is at least 1.5m; The south of the multi-storey parking lot is at least 5.8m; The East side is at least 4.0m.
+ Number of floors of the smart parking garage: 06 floors;
+ Number of floors of the auxiliary area: 03 floors;
+ The construction height: = 16 m;
+ Land use coefficient: 3.49
The project's expected total investment is VND 259,000,000,000, with a one-off rental payment for the entire lease period. The term is 50 years from the issuance date of the Decision recognizing the result of the land use right auction.
