Invitation to participate in the land use right auction for 03 Lands for trading and service

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has issued Decisions on approving the plan for land use right auction for 03 Lands for trading and service located in Son Tra, Cam Le and Hoa Vang districts.


Specific information is as follows:

1. Lot No. A2-1, Tho Quang Fishery Service Industrial Zone, Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City

According to Decisions No. 2839/QD-UBND; 2840/QD-UBND dated 22/12/2023 of the City People's Committee on the approval of the land use right auction plan, the land planning criteria are specifically determined as follows:

- Location: The land is located on 3 fronts of Chu Huy Man, Van Don, Ho Sy Phan Streets, Nai Hien Dong Ward, and Son Tra District.

- Land area: 2,196.0m2

- Land use components:

+ Construction density: ≤ 60%

+ Land use coefficient: ≤ 5,4

+ Minimum setback:

  • Van Don, Chu Huy Man, and Ho Sy Phan Streets: 06m
  • The other surface: 03m

+ Number of floors: ≤ 09 floors

The total expected investment capital of the project is VND 168,298,474,000, with a one-off rental payment for the entire lease period. The term is 50 years from the issuance date of the Decision recognizing the result of the land use right auction.

2. Lot No. A1-14 in Zone C – Cam Le South Bridge Residential Area, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City

According to Decision No. 2837/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2023, of the City People's Committee on the approval of the land use right auction plan, the land planning criteria are specifically determined as follows:

- Location: The land is located at 4 fronts of Nguyen Xuan Lam, Do Doc Lan, Le Quang Dinh, and Huynh Xuan Nhi streets.

- Land area: 4221.3m2

- Land use components:

+ Podium construction density (Shopping malls): ≤ 60%

+ Tower block construction density (Office for lease): ≤ 25%

+ Number of floors for podium construction: 03 floors

+ Number of floors for tower block construction: 12 floors

+ Land use coefficient: 5,7

+ Basement (Parking): Maximum 02 floors (Not used for business or commercial purposes)

+ Construction height: 54m

+ Minimum setback: 06m for all surfaces.

The total expected investment capital of the project is VND 269,088,199,316, with a one-off rental payment for the entire lease period. The term is 50 years from the issuance date of the Decision recognizing the result of the land use right auction.

3. Land area of Mini supermarket located in Hoa Phuoc commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city

According to Decisions No. 2841/QD-UBND, 2842/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2023, of the City People's Committee on the approval of the land use right auction plan, the land planning criteria are specifically determined as follows:

- Location: Front of National Highway 1A in Hoa Phuoc commune, Hoa Vang district.

- Land area: 657.30m2. The auction area is 233m2, and the remaining area is 424.3m2, assigned to the Hoa Vang District People's Committee to use for planting trees – gardens, traffic – and technical ditches according to the policy of the City People's Committee.

- Land use components:

+ Construction density: ≤ 60%

+ Number of floors: ≤ 05 floors

+ Land use coefficients: 3,0

+ Minimum setback: National Highway 1A: 06m; the other surfaces: 1,5m.

The total expected investment capital of the project is VND 5,062,493,000, with a one-off rental payment for the entire lease period. The term is 50 years from the issuance date of the Decision recognizing the result of the land use right auction.
