Decision announcing Da Nang City Master Plan for the period 20221-2030, with a vision to 2050 to city leadersAt the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha said: The Da Nang Masterplan for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 was based on breakthrough thinking, long-term vision, taking advantage of different potentials, opportunities and competitive advantages of Da Nang City, concretizing the policy of the Politburo in Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2019, expressing the aspirations of the people of Da Nang of a worth-living city, a major socio-economic center of the country and Southeast Asia. Da Nang will play the role of one of the powerhouse and growth pole in the North Central and Central Coast regions, the Northern Central Highlands region... This will be a center for entrepreneurship and innovation, tourism, trade, finance, logistics, high-tech industry, information technology and is one of the centers of culture - sports, education - training, high quality health, science - technology of the whole country. The masterplan will open up new opportunities and development approaches for Da Nang City, which is expected to create new momentum for the socio-economic development of Da Nang based on knowledge economy. To achieve these ambitious goals, it is neceessary that each cadre, party member as well as each citizen of Da Nang must self-transform and rise for national pride, embodying the spirit of innovation in each and every action to make the city not only worth living but also worth investing.

Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of Da Nang Municipal Party Commitee expressed his sincere thanks for the attention and guidance of the Deputy Prime Minister. He said that Da Nang City Masterplan for the period of 2021-2030, with vision to 2050 laid a solid foundation to concretize the policies, goals, tasks, and solutions to develop Da Nang city according to Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW of the Politburo (term XII). The planning is the result of collective intelligence, responsibility, initiative, and creativity of advisory agencies and units; of consulting units as well as the enthusiastic contributions of experts, scientists, organizations, individuals, the business community and the comments and consensus of the people.

Within the framework of the announcement ceremony, there was also the handover ceremony of Investment Registration Certificates and Approvals of Investment Projects to 7 projects, including 6 domestic projects and 01 FDI project with a total investment capital of more than 9,3 trillion VND.
Da Nang City awarded Investment Registration Certificates and Investment Policy Approval Decisions to 7 projectsAlong with that, an exhibition of images and information on Da Nang City Master Plan for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 was also held in the lobby of the Administrative Center from November 26 to January 1 December 2023.
