At the headquarters of Sygnum Bank - the world's first digital asset bank, Chairman Chinh shared information related to the legal framework for crypto assets in Viet Nam; along with infrastructure conditions, information technology facilities, and innovation activities in the city.
He also exchanged and discussed to clarify opportunities for foreign financial investors in the soon-to-be-developed free trade zone and the financial centre in the city.

Also on the same afternoon, the city delegation had a meeting with Mr. Philipp Rosler, former Deputy Prime Minister of Germany, Honourary Consul of Viet Nam in Switzerland, and Founder and General Director of Concessor AG.
Also attending the meeting were Mr. Don Lam, CEO and founding partner of VinaCapital, and representatives of investment funds and major financial institutions in Switzerland such as UBS Bank, Bitcoin Suisse brokerage firm, and Maerki Baumann Bank.
Chairman Chinh introduced the conditions of location and international connectivity, infrastructure, quality of living and business environment in Da Nang, the vision and development orientation of the city in the coming time, as well as projects that will have a great impact on the city in the future. He also expressed the city's determination to the construction of the financial centre.
Accordingly, in addition to coordinating the implementation of the draft policy mechanism for the construction and development of regional and international financial centres in Viet Nam, the city also focuses on developing an ecosystem to serve the financial centre, training human resources and investing in infrastructure, especially digital infrastructure and connectivity infrastructure.

At the meeting, Mr. Philipp Rosler and representatives of investment funds and financial institutions raised many issues about policy mechanisms to promote the participation of foreign investors, as well as recommendations and orientations on policy mechanisms, human resources, building trust with investors and the financial community, and other related issues.
On the occasion, Chairman Le Trung Chinh signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Concessor AG Company to implement the contents discussed at the meeting.
Mr. Philipp Rosler affirmed that he will continue to accompany and bring financial investors from Europe and Switzerland to survey and seek investment opportunities in Da Nang in the time to come.
