Hoa Lien Industrial Park covers an area of 58.531 ha, aiming to attract investment projects in the fields of automobile manufacturing and assembly projects and related support services such as warehousing, logistics...; mechanical engineering projects, production of auto-related components, precision mechanics; supporting industry projects, clean and environmentally friendly industrial projects. The operation of businesses in this industrial cluster is entitled to incentives prescribed in Law on Investment, Decree No.32/2024/ND-CP dated March 14, 2024 of the Government of the management and development of industrial clusters and other related regulations.
Da Nang Hi-tech Park and Industrial Zones Authority continues to act as the investor of Supporting Industrial Zone of Da Nang Hi-tech Park (which has now been transformed into Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster) until it completes the works of acceptance and handover of the project to the unit who is responsible for managing, operating and exploiting Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster.
The industrial cluster is expected to put into operation during the period between 2024 and 2024. Da Nang Industry and Trade Promotion Center – Department of Industry and Trade will be responsible for operating and exploiting Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster.
Da Nang People’s Committee assigns Da Nang Hi-tech Park and Industrial Zones Authority to work with Management Board of Infrastructure Development Projects of Da Nang Industrial Zones and Hi-tech Park for the proposal of works related to investments to build the technical infrastructure for Supporting Industrial Zone of Da Nang Hi-tech Park, ensuring sufficient conditions for the industrial cluster to come into operation and hand over to Da Nang Industry and Trade Promotion Center for management, operation and exploitation.
Da Nang Industry and Trade Promotion Center is responsible for receiving the handover of Supporting Industrial Zone of Da Nang Hi-tech Park project (Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster), implementing management, operation, and exploitation that ensures efficiency while complying with current regulations of the State on investment, construction, environmental protection, etc. The Center performs the function of organizing the provision and management of public services and common utilities in the industrial cluster; developing regulations on management of public services and utilities.
Da Nang People’s Committee tasks Hoa Vang People’s Committee to hold the responsibility for performing state management for Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster according to the provisions of Article 34 of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 15, 2024 of the Government on the management and development of industrial clusters.
