Secretary Quang congratulated the company's outstanding business results and profitable growth in recent years. He added that the company-developed projects in Da Nang were implemented methodically in accordance with the law, and had good economic efficiency.
He highly appreciated the professionalism of the company in carrying out some projects in Da Nang. He pledged to continue to support investors, including those from Japan, to remove difficulties and obstacles, as well as operate effectively in the city.
The city leader hoped that the Japanese company would continue investing in projects in Da Nang in the future on the basis of ensuring the provisions of law towards achieving the common goals for the development of the city.
Mr. Saito Seiichi, the General Director and a representative member of the Board of Directors of the Sun Frontier Real Estate JSC, a parent company of the Sun Frontier Da Nang Company Limited, thanked the Da Nang government for special care for Japanese businesses.
Established in 1999 in Japan, the Sun Frontier Real Estate JSC specialises in real estate renovation, real estate services, the development and operation of hotels, and foreign investment.
Mr. Saito Seiichi highly appreciated the potential of Da Nang and wanted to contribute to the development of the city, so his company decided to choose the city as an investment destination.
The company has established two subsidiaries in Da Nang, Viet Nam. Up to now, the company has completed a hotel project along Tran Hung Dao Street and the Hiyori garden tower apartment project located on Vo Nguyen Giap Street. Also, it is in the process of considering and investing in the Hiyori Aqua Tower project at the foot of the Son Tra Peninsula, the Japanese guest informed.
Mr. Saito Seiichi said that the company's main goal was to provide good quality and safe housing, providing a comfortable and convenient living environment for locals.
He expressed his hope that the implemented projects will contribute in some way to the city’s overall socio-economic development, and at the same time bring opportunities for personal development and job opportunities for local people.
