Chairman of the People's Committee Le Trung Chinh highly appreciated the capacity of the Indochina Kajima and welcomed the joint venture to investigate the potential to invest in Da Nang not only in the field of tourism and hospitality but also in the fields of logistics and industrial real estate in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and new industrial zones. At the same time, the Chairman requested the Joint venture support in introducing Da Nang City as a friendly and reliable investment destination for its partners.
At the meeting, the representatives of Indochina Kajima joint venture highly appreciated Da Nang's infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, and claimed that Da Nang still had a lot of potential for development, especially in the manufacturing sector and industrial real estate. In response, Da Nang City introduced Lien Chieu Industrial Zone with 80ha vacant land for lease, suitable for the Joint venture to invest in warehouse and logistics area. Indochina Kajima Joint Venture stated that it would continue to research and cooperate with relevant departments and agencies of Da Nang on this idea.
