Accordingly, the People's Committee of Da Nang City and Viettel Group will conduct research and implement projects in the field of information technology and communication in the period of 2022 - 2030, including: Building an automatic selection center in the Lien Chieu Industrial Park with an area of 8.6 ha; Buidling Viettel Da Nang Building; Deploying 5G coverage throughout Da Nang city in 2023, the first phase will focus on broadcasting at some key points such as Da Nang Industrial Park and Hi-Tech Park; Investing in Da Nang undersea fiber optic cable docking station; Investing in a high-tech data center complex including: Telecom and IT Data Center (Data Center), High-tech Research and Development Center, High-tech Training Center and Regional Data Center serving and operating the telecommunications network, e-government infrastructure and 4.0 technology platform.
City leaders were impressed with Viettel Group's achievements and efforts in the information and communication industry of Da Nang and pledged to actively coordinate and support the Group in surveying locations, guiding investment procedures, providing necessary information on that basis, the Group researches and deploys the project in accordance with current legal regulations.

In September 2022, Viettel also won the bid for the multi-tasking centralized operating center (IOC) project to support the Da Nang government to improve the capacity of digital transformation to localities.
