The city continues to focus and prioritize COVID-19 prevention and control while promoting investment attraction on the basis of building a highly competitive business and investment environment, fully exploiting the potentials of the city to in order to accelerate the recovery of production and business activities of enterprises, making contribution to economic recovery and achievements of economic growth.
In 2022, the city will continue to focus on calling for investments from domestic and foreign enterprises and investors; giving priority to projects having environmentally-friendly and modern technology and high intellectual content, using resources efficiently, especially projects in the fields of ICT, digital, nanotechnology, biotechnology, new materials, high-tech industry, auxiliary technology, high quality service, etc.
Accordingly, Da Nang will perform synchronously and effectively 08 groups of activities, including: Market research and assessment of potentials and trends of investment partners; Building and promoting the city image as well as investment incentives and investment opportunities; Supporting investors to implement projects ; Building an information system and database for investment promotion activities; Building a list of projects calling for investment; Developing publications and documents for investment promotion activities; Training and developing staff capacity; Carrying out domestic and international cooperation on investment promotion activities.
Da Nang People’s Committee requests Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Science and Technology, Da Nang Hi-tech Park and Industrial Zones Authority, Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency to coordinate with relating departments and units to effectively organize Da Nang investment promotion activities in 2022; manage and use state funds in accordance with the current financial regulations.
