Specifically, in the period of 2021-2025, Da Nang city is orientated to:
- Develop 4-5 new industrial clusters for small and medium businesses, manufacturing and handicraft facilities, especially those located in residential areas to be relocated and rearranged in a centralized area to stabilize and develop production, overcoming environmental pollution problems in residential areas; creating linkage interindustrial development in industrial clusters towards specialization in the field of industrial manufacturing- handicraft.
- To improve infrastructure of the industrial cluster of Non Nuoc marble handicraft village and arrange the ateliers of fine arts stones into the planning area of Ngu Hanh Son Non Nuoc handicraft village in phase II. For manufaturing establishment that were allocated in the village phase I having difficulty concerning the slot surface, research and propose the re-arrangement or merger according to the standards (tax rate, production scale , ...).
- To invest in the construction of Hoa Son split stone craft village to centrally arrange split stone crafting establishments in Hoa Vang in order to properly manage environmental pollution issues and improve production efficiency.
- To adjust Thanh Vinh industrial cluster to expand out of the planning of industrial clusters of the city to arrange land fund for other technical infrastructure development for socio-economic development of the city.
- To reach the rate of industrial wastewater and exhaust gas collected and treated of 100%.
- To reach the rate of solid waste collected and treated in accordance with regulations of 100%.
Development orientation of priority industrial clusters
1. Cam Le industrial cluster
- Location: Hoa Tho Tay Ward, Cam Le District
- Total planning area: 290,928m2.
- The planning boundaries are limited as follows:
+ East: border with wastewater treatment station.
+ The West: border with Safety corridor of 220kV electric line.
+ The South: border with Residential area.
2. Hoa Nhon industrial cluster
- Location: Hoa Nhơn commune, Hoa Vang district
- Total planned area: 247,522m2.
- The planning boundaries are limited as follows:
+ East: border with hilly land
+ The Northwest: border with Water drainage canal.
+ The southwestern: border with 500kV electric line.
+ The Northeast: border with of the Crushing Station to serve the salvage of soil of the project of the road from Hoa Nhon quarry to Le Trong Tan street.
3. Hoa Hiep Bac industrial cluster
Location: Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district.
- Total planning area: 144,800m2.
- The planning boundaries are limited as follows:
+ The North and the West borders: New planned railway corridor.
+ South borders: Lien Chieu Residential Area and Industrial Park.
+ East: border with residential area and National highway 1A.
4. Hoa Khanh Nam industrial cluster
- Location: Hoa Khanh Nam ward, Lien Chieu district.
- Total planning area: 132.924m2, in which:
+ Area of location 1: 108.18 8m2
+ Its East borders: Existing residential area.
+ The North: Hilly land.
+ The East borders: Quang Thang Brick and Tile Plant.
+ To the south, it borders on mountainous land and military land.
+ The West borders: mountainous land.
+ The North borders: Route of strategic defense, military land

1. The traditional craft village of Ngu Hanh Son Non Nuoc marble

- Total planning area: 442,316m2
+ Phase 1: 374,156 m2
+ Phase 2: 68,160 m2
- The planning boundaries are limited as follows:
+ The North borders: Road B = 16.5m (6.0m + 10.5m)
+ The South borders: Production land
+ The East borders on: Land for isolated greenery
+ The West borders: Road B = 22.5m (6.0m + 10.5m + 6.0m)
2. Hoa Son split stone craft village

- Location: Xuan Phu village, Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district
- Total planning area: 119.509m2
- The planning boundaries are limited as follows:
+ The West borders: Road B = 20.5m (5.0m + 10.5m + 5.0m)
+ East: border with safety corridor of South Hai Van bypass
+ The South borders: Existing residential land
+ The North borders: Existing residential land
