Following recent approval by the Da Nang government, the Nam Phat Beachfront Villas and Resort project will increase its capital from 380 billion VND (over 16 million USD) to 2,112.8 billion VND (more than 91 million USD).
Developed by the Nam Phat Villas and Hotel Co.Ltd., the over 15ha project is located on Truong Sa Street in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang.
The property will feature over 80 luxury villas, an international-standard hotel, conference and service centres, and other facilities.
