Accordingly, judicial expertise, environment (waste collection and treatment), health care (testing, hygiene and safety testing food safety) are priotized sectors in Hai Chau and Thanh Khe districts; Lien Chieu District offers investment incentives for socialization in education and training and environment; Cam Le district priotizies the fields of education, environment and health (caring for the elderly); Son Tra district attracts investment in socialization in the field of education with all types of training; priority is given to sectors of environment, education, culture and sports (cultural and sport areas, sports fields, multi-purpose sports houses) in Ngu Hanh Son district. For Hoa Vang district, incentives are given to the fields of environment, education, culture and sports, and vocational training.
Also according to the Decision, the incentive policies are the corporate income tax policy, the preferential policy on registration fee, the preferential policy on value-added tax and preferential export tax, import tax, preferential policy on investment credit or post-investment support in accordance with central and city investment credit regulations
