Implementing the direction of the Da Nang People's Committee in the Letter No. 1978/UBND-KTN dated 14 March 2014 on publicizing land areas in the industrial parks to facilitate enterprises, especially both local and foreign SMEs, Da Nang Investment Promotion Center provides the information on the land available based on reports of the Da Nang IZ and EPZ Authority as follows.
The leased industrial land area in Danang IZs is 633.55 hectares, of which the occupancy rate accounts for 84.59%. Currently, the land area available for lease is 115.40 hectares, of which the land having infrastructure is 75.96 hectares.
