This is the second project in the aerospace field to be invested in Da Nang Hi-tech Park with an investment capital of 20 million USD targeted at manufacturing and assembling aircraft parts, including APU doors, MIC tips, wingboxes, winglets, flap support fairing of Boeing 787, Boeing 737 Max aircraft lines (Previously, UAC Group (USA) invested 170 million USD for the Sunshine Aerospace Components Factory).

Addressing the event, Vice Chairman of Da Nang People’s Committee Tran Chi Cuong appreciates the effort of the investor and emphasized that with KP Aero Corporation’s serious commitment and tireless efforts, KP Vina Plant will quickly come into effective operation, contributing positively to the overall economic development of the hi-tech industry in the aviation sector.
KP Vina Aviation Components Manufacturing Plant is one of the key investment projects of Da Nang City in its hi-tech development strategy. The presence of this Plant demonstrates the strong growth of Da Nang as a hi-tech center with favorable conditions for investors in advanced technology fields, especially aviation industry. Vice Chairman Tran Chi Cuong claims that the city authority pledges to provide continuous support to KP Aerospace and looks forward to the expansion of the project in the coming time, which is of great importance to the sustainable development of the city’s aviation industry and economy.
The operation of 02 FDI projects in Da Nang Hi-tech Park has affirmed the initial results of Da Nang city in effective implementation, striving to develop Da Nang city into a hi-tech center of the country by 2030, following the spirit of Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW of the Politburo on building and developing Da Nang city by 2030, with a vision to 2045, thereby enhancing the position of Da Nang city in particular and Vietnam in general in the aviation industry worldwide./.
