The list specifies the available land lots in different functional zones:

Projects in Da Nang Hi-tech Park are required to satisfy the list of high technologies and the list of hi-tech products specified at Decision No. 38/2020/QD-TTg dated December 30, 2020 of the Prime Minister. Da Nang Hi-tech Park gives priority to investments with technologies prioritized for development, and application to enhance digitally-led services in the Fourth Industrial Revolution issued at Decision No.2117/QD-TTg dated December 16, 2020 of the Prime Minister.
For projects in Hi-tech Production Zone, the investment unit cost is expected at 15 million USD/ha while those of R&D and Incubation Zone and Logistics and Hi-tech services Zone are 05 million USD/ha and 10 million USD/ha respectively.
