Representing the Vietnamese Embassy in South Korea was Comrade Nguyen Viet Anh – Deputy Ambassador of Vietnam in South Korea, along with officials from the Embassy.

Participating in the work meeting from the Da Nang City delegation were Ms. Le Thi Thuc - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City; Mr. Nguyen Viet Toan - Director of the Da Nang City Startup and Innovation Support Center; along with other members of the delegation from the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City and various stakeholders within Da Nang's startup and innovation ecosystem.
Present at the event is Mr. Nguyen Quang Phuoc - Chairman of the Vietnam Innovation and Creativity Network in South Korea. The Vietnam Innovation and Creativity Network in South Korea plays a significant role in promoting and facilitating connections among the business community, researchers, innovators, and organizations in Vietnam with partners in South Korea. This network has actively contributed to promoting collaboration in the fields of innovation, creativity, and business between the two countries.

During her speech at the meeting, Ms. Le Thi Thuc – Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City, reported on the city's directions for developing the startup and innovation ecosystem, the achievements made, and the city's potential strengths. She also expressed gratitude to the Deputy Ambassador and the Embassy officials for their time and support in facilitating cooperative activities to promote startup and innovation development.
Within the framework of the work meeting, the Da Nang City delegation introduced the city's startup and innovation ecosystem, showcased local businesses and incubators, and expressed their desire for continued support from the Embassy to introduce Da Nang's startup and innovation ecosystem to investors and enterprises from South Korea. They also aimed to facilitate connections between Da Nang's businesses and partners in South Korea.
Exchange and Discussion Session
On behalf of the Vietnamese Embassy in South Korea, Deputy Ambassador Nguyen Viet Anh expressed joy at the achieved results in the development of Da Nang's startup and innovation. He also shared that the Embassy would continue to support connections between organizations, businesses, and investors in South Korea for investment, business, and development in Da Nang, fostering collaboration with partners in the city. Additionally, he hoped that this visit would open up numerous cooperative opportunities and establish specific collaboration programs in the field of startup and innovation.

Furthermore, on the same afternoon, the Da Nang City delegation arrived to work and receive an overview of operations at the Gangnam Global Village Center and Seoul National University. This opportunity allowed stakeholders within the startup and innovation ecosystem to strengthen their connections. Through this working session, the delegation gained a deeper understanding of the two visiting units and explored possibilities for collaboration and support in developing the startup and innovation ecosystem.
