With a convenient location located on the pedestrian street of trade and service: Nguyen Van Linh - Bach Dang - Dragon Bridge - Vo Van Kiet and the main landscape axis (Nguyen Van Linh street) connecting from Da Nang international airport to the sea. The land is located in the city center, 1.0km from Da Nang International Airport, 0.1km from Dragon Bridge and 1.0km from the sea. Therefore, the connectivity is very high and it is easy to access the smart transportation systems in the future.

According to Decision No. 4201/QD-UBND dated September 17, 2019 of the City People's Committee approving the Project on Development of Road Traffic Infrastructure, the above-mentioned location of the A3 land in front of Nguyen Van Linh street is in the area with the symbol KV 25, the service area is about 20.6ha, with a service radius of about 300m. It is forecast that the demand for parking around the area in 2025 will be about 260 points, by 2030 about 330 points. According to the static traffic plan, the parking area at 255 Phan Chau Trinh only meets about 123 points. Thus, compared with the plan by 2030, there are still 207 parking spots missing.
