On August 22, the Da Nang Hi-tech Park and Industrial Zones Authority issued a notice inviting investors to submit their application for implementation of the Investment project in infrastructure construction and business of Hoa Cam Industrial Park phase 2.
The Investment project in infrastructure construction and business of Hoa Cam Industrial Park phase 2 has an investment scale of more than 120ha, located in Hoa Tho Tay Ward, Cam Le District and Hoa Nhon Commune, Hoa Vang district , Da Nang City.
Total preliminary cost for project implementation is 2,246 billion VND, including 1,068 billion VND of compensation, assistance and resettlement cost.
The duration of the project is 50 years from the date of land lease decision and the investment implementation progress is 36 months from the date of land handover.

Interested investors who wish to register for the project implementation can submit a application for project implementation registration to the Da Nang Hi-tech Park and Industrial Zones Authority at Lot A-17, Center Street, Da Nang Hi-tech Park, Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City, by 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2022.
Specification of the project: + Area for construction of industrial plants: 657,895 m2 (accounting for 54.82% of the whole area). + Administrative and service area: 13,936 m2 (accounting for 1.16% of the whole area). + Area for construction of technical infrastructure main works: 13,575 m2 (accounting for 1.13% of the whole area). + Land for greenery: 184,194 m2 (accounting for 15.34% of the whole area). + Land for traffic: 220,441 m2 (accounting for 18.37% of the whole area). - Fields calling for investment: Satisfying the requirements of low toxic level (Level IV, Level V); under main clean industry-oriented group, including: Mechanical assembling, component, electrical and electronic manufacturing,; Producing consumer goods, household appliances; Processing agricultural, forestry and aquatic products; Other industrial services. - Current land use status: vacant land of 52%; Current industrial land of 6%; hilly land of 25%; Residential land of 6%; Rice field land: 3%; Crops land for annual crops of 5%; Cemetery land of 2%; Land for traffic: 1%. |
