The Working rules and regulations of Da Nang Intersectoral Taskforce on Investment Promotion and Support details the tasks, scope and operating principles of the Taskforce; duties and rights of the Taskforce’s Head, Taskforce’s Deputy Head and Taskforce’s Members; approaches on organizing and conducting meetings.
Accordingly, meetings of the Taskforce will be held monthly or as required. The meeting can flexibly take place face-to-face or online to review progress, provide solutions to remove obstacles and difficulties of non-state budget investment projects implemented in Da Nang city.
The members of the Taskforce are leaders of specialized departments, divisions and branches. Under the direction of the Taskforce’s Head who is the Chairman of the City People's Committee, the members will work together on the basis of their professional functions and tasks to propose solutions to solve difficulties and problems of investment projects, optimize and shorten administrative procedures, ensure progress and put the project into operation in accordance with the law. The Head of the Taskforce is the Chairman of the City People's Committee, members of the Taskforce include representatives from Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Finance, Office of the City People's Committee, Da Nang Hi-Tech Parks and Industrial Zone Authority and Investment Promotion Agency. |
