Da Nang People’s Committee has approved starting price for auction of land use rights of lot A3-2, Residential Area to the South of Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District.


Da Nang People’s Committee has approved starting price for auction of land use rights of lot A3-2, Residential Area to the South of Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District.

The land lot has been planned by Da Nang People’s Committee (DPC) for constructing educational and training facilities with a starting price of 10,513,000 VND/m2 to conduct the auction of land use rights with a use term of 50 years, one time payment for the entire lease duration.

Previously, DPC issued Decision no. 4301/QD-UBND dated 29th December 2021 on approval of auction plan for land use right of the land lot designated as A3-2 of Residential Area to the South of Cam Le Bridge and Decision no. 4302/QD-UBND dated 29th December 2021 on auction of land use right of the land lot designated as A3-2 of Residential Area to the South of Cam Le Bridge as follows:

1. Location: lot A3-2 in Hoa Chau commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city.

Boundary: north front faces Hoang Dao Thanh Street; south front faces Nguyen Bao and Le Dinh Dien streets; east front faces current residential land; west front faces Nguyen Hong Anh street.

2. Land area: 20,855 m2

3. Technical infrastructure: The land area has been cleared and completed technical infrastructure.

4. Construction planning

- Components of land use:

+ Land for building blocks: 7,971 m2.

+ Land for outdoor sports ground: 7,144 m2.

+ Land for greenery: 2,516 m2.

+ Land for parking: 1,208 m2.

+ Land for traffic and yards: 2,016 m2.

- Landscape, architecture:

+ Maximum building density: 38.22%.

+ Maximum height for floors: 6 floors.

+ Maximum land use coefficient: 2.

- Infrastructure:

+ Traffic, altitude, power supply, water supply, communication: Coupling with current infrastructure in the area.

+ Drainage: Rainwater and wastewater are drained separately. Waste water is treated according to regulations before being connected to the recipient end.
