The List of land fund subject to auction of land use rights for the second phase in 2021 consists of 02 project land plots and 200 residential land plots:
- A1-2-1 land plot belonging to the A1 land area for public works of the project of 200m track from Han river bridge to the sea, An Hai Bac ward, Son Tra district. With an area of 10.379 m2, the land plot has 03 facades to Pham Van Dong St, Ngo Quyen St and Ly Thanh Tong St.
- A2 land plot with 02 facades to Nguyen Van Linh St and Hoang Dieu St, Nam Duong ward, Hai Chau distrcit with an area of 2.144,7 m2.
- 200 residentital land plots, in which 100 resettlement land plots are located at junctions and intersections, other 100 resettlement land plots have a road cross section of 10.5m and above.
The List is an important foundation for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to direct the implementation of relevant procedures to conduct auction of land use rights according to the regulations.
