The project aims to create a green space, bringing in the urban landscape beauty, in tandem with serving as a public venue for relaxation and community activities to meeting the needs of the residents.
The project will be develop and managed by the Lien Chieu District People's Committee during the 2021 – 2024 period.
The municipal administration also give the green light to the development of large timber plantations in the city for the 2021 - 2025 plan with a total investment of VND10. 6 billion from the municipal budget.
The objective is to improve the productivity, quality and value of production forests, create a stable and long-term concentrated raw material production areas in service for the wood processing industry with high economic efficiency, thereby contributing to protect the ecological environment, raising the people's incomes, ensuring sustainable and stable production development.
This project will implemented in suburb Hoa Vang and Lien Chieu districts with a total plantation area of 794ha.
The municipal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is the project’s developer for the 2021 – 2023 implementation period.
