“The businesses’ contributions are voluntary, unconditional, do not affect the common interests of the residential community, of society as well as the transparency of zoning planning documents”, the municipal administration’s official dispatch states.
In detail, the Import-Export Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), BRG Group and Sun Group will finance the zoning planning of the hillside urban sub-division.
The IPPG will fund the planning of the airport sub-division.
The Sun Group will sponsor the planning of the green core centre sub-division
The BRG Group, the Sakae Holdings Group and SSF Investment Co., Ltd based in Singapore will sponsor the “reviewing, adjusting and planning of urban sub-division in Hoa Vang District”.
For the implementation of “reviewing, adjusting and planning the zoning of tourist areas in the western ecological sub-division”, Sakae Holdings Group and SSF Investment Co., Ltd bassed in Singapore will make zoning planning ideas. In addition, they have registered for developing the Dong Nghe Lake eco-tourism complex covering an area of 679ha.
T&T Group will finance the formulation of the hi-tech sub-division in association with the planning of adjustments and expansion of the existing Da Nang Hi-tech Park. This group will also sponsor the planning of the sub-division along the Han River and its eastern bank.
