During his meeting on Monday noon with Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee Ho Ky Minh, General Director of Mikazuki Group Yoshimune Odaka revealed his unit’s plan to build a night market combined with a walking street worth a total of 50 million US$ next to the ongoing 100 million US$ Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort project in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District. In particular, the new project will be similar to those in Tokyo.

Also at the working session, the Mikazuki Group guest pledged that thermal mineral water park featuring Japanese style Onsen baths services at the Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort project will be put into use in April 2020, whilst the entire project will be completed one year later.
Besides, the Japanese businessman proposed that Vice Chairman Minh should ask relevant agencies to complete the conversion of 5,000m2 at the project into commercial and service land as well as implement related procedures for the project.
In reply, Vice Chairman Minh highly praised the Japanese group for its good idea to develop the night market, and agreed with its proposal for the conversion of the land use purpose.
The municipal administration will work with functional local bodies to speed up the building of roads surrounding the Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort project. Also, the renovation of landscape around the project site will be deployed soon.
