It will be the only direct flight from Central Viet Nam to Qatar and the Middle East region, the source said.

Da Nang could promote tour exchanges between Doha and other localities, including UNESCO-recognised world heritages Phong Nha-Ke Bang, Hue City, Hoi An and My Son in Central Viet Nam.
The city has emerged as a favourite destination in Central Viet Nam for budget airlines operating direct flights in recent years.
A total of 21 international flights is operating in Da Nang every day.
