DONG NAI GENERAL HOSPITAL JSC
(Investor is Dong Nai General Hospital - Phase 2)
The hospital is located at 02 Dong Khoi, Tam Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai Province. The project is located in the center of Bien Hoa city (three-way intersection of Amatar), the densely populated area of the city and the important traffic gateway of Dong Nai province in particular and neighboring provinces in general. Total investment of the hospital is 1,527 billion VND. Scales: 700 beds, can be expanded to 1,000 beds. The hospital has 18 floors with floor area of 75,517 m2. It has been operating since 25/04/2015. Strategic goals of the hospital is creating successfully the first socialized hospital model in Vietnam that based for the socialization of the hospital chain of Cotec Healthcare Holdings and building the image and reputation of Cotec Group in the market as a professional Medical Investor.

HANG HA JOINT STOCK COMPANY
(Investor of Duc Giang International Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital / Hanoi Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital - Facility 2)
The project is located at 52 Truong Lam Street, Duc Giang Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi city. Total investment of this project is 569 billion VND. Scales: 200 beds. The building has 8 floors with floor area of 23.249 m2. Currently, the project has completed the construction of raw materials, in the stage of completion and equipment installation. It is the first hospital project of Cotec Group. By acquiring this project, Cotec Group has established a strategic shift to investment in healthcare.

BINH DINH GENERAL HOSPITAL JSC
(Investor is Binh Dinh General Hospital – Expanding section)
The project is located at 39A Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Tran Phu Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. The North is nearby Quang Ngai Province. The South is nearby Phu Yen Province. The West is nearby Kontum, Gia Lai Province. The East is nearby sea, the coastline is 134km long. Total investment of this project is 1,300 billion VND. Scales: 600 beds, can be expanded to 800 beds. The building has 12 floors with floor area of 53.240 m2. Currently, the project has completed the construction of raw materials, in the stage of completion and equipment installation. The estimated time of opening is in January 2018.

NGHE AN GENERAL HOSPITAL JSC
(Investor is Nghe An General Hospital - Phase 2)
The project is located at Le Nin Boulevard, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province. The North is nearby Thanh Hoa Province. The South is nearby Ha Tinh Province. The West is nearby Laos. The East is nearby East Sea. Total investment of this project is 1,300 billion VND. Scales: 600 beds, can be expanded to 800 beds. The building has 8 floors with floor area of 48.295 m2. Currently, the project has been granted a construction permit and is in the construction phase. The estimated time of construction completion is in June 2018.
