At the meeting, the delegation was briefed about the current affairs, developing orientation, investment potentials and opportunities in Da Nang; exchanging information on the development of such sectors as investment in tourism, seaport, hi-tech park; Japanese teaching and studying, quality of Japanese-speaking labour and employment opportunities after graduation.

Niigata Youth Association was founded in 1954 with the objectives of increasing international cooperation with the world's associations and cities, supporting local enterprises and conducting exchange programs including conferences and expert exchanges.
